We have a broad catalogue of team building activities that can be organised for a small number of people or for a large group.  Some activities can easily be organised for more than 200 people!

 

On our website, you can do a filtered search according to the number of participants.  Do not hesitate to use this option to go directly to the list of team building activities that are most suited to the size of your group.

 

Please note: we have no minimum requirement for organising a team building activity.  However, the price will be adjusted according to the number of persons participating, taking into account the fixed operating costs (personnel, rented material, possible rental cost of the venue…).

This depends on the activity! The majority of our team building activities are designed following the format of one half-day (approximately 3 hours).

Please consult the activity description to see the duration of the activity. In most cases, we can adjust the activity to your schedule and timing. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Of course we do! We are present in all of Belgium and Luxembourg.

We have the exclusive rights to organise our team building activities in a series of beautiful and exotic places.

We also have ten venues and infrastructures, located between the Ardennes and the North Sea, including some in the outskirts of Brussels. It is possible to organise your team building activities there. We can also provide a catering service with meals cooked to perfection by Tero Restaurant.

Good news, you can even sleep on site at some of our gites.  For example, this is the case for Domaine d’Herbeumont(Herbeumont), The Lodge (Florenville), The Kottage (Spa-Francorchamp), La Kolline (Spa-Francorchamp) and Hamster (Spa-Francorchamp).

In addition, we can also come to wherever you wish, to your office or to the venue where your seminar is being held. We have a broad range of mobile activities, which can easily be organised anywhere you wish.

We implement daily actions to avoid waste and we recycle and repair what can be repaired.  Moreover, the Tero group is actively engaged in a process to obtain Be Corp certification.   The goal is to develop an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy through measures affecting ecological and/or societal impact, transparency and responsibility.

There is obviously still a long way to go. We are already working on improving the energy performance of our buildings. We are optimising our stock management, so that the materials used to organise a team building activity do not have to travel to the four corners of Belgium. We take steps to hire local staff and encourage the professional integration of people who have been distanced from employment. Our catering formulas always favour local, seasonal products, mostly coming from regenerative organic agriculture.

Nature is at the heart of our concerns.  There’s nothing like enjoying the fresh air of the forest and spending the day outdoors when it comes to team building with colleagues.

You’ve come to the right place. All the team building activities designed by Tero Teambuilding (formerly People First) promote communication, collaboration, collective intelligence and team spirit. Indeed, this is one of our raisons d’être.

Several of our activities encourage cooperation among large groups. For example, this is the case for the Rescue Game or the escape games Lost and Antidote. Your team moves around in search of clues and naturally divides itself around the available material. It is only by solving all the riddles together will you reach the final goal.

Other team building activities pit teams against each other in a series of challenges. This is always a friendly competition that naturally promotes team spirit and collaboration between colleagues. Solidarity, exchange of knowledge and communication are the order of the day when it comes to fighting for victory!

Our team building activities are meant to be fun.  They are specially developed so that everyone can participate actively, regardless of whether you are a bit, a lot, or passionately sporty, or even not at all.

The description of each of our activities specifies whether you need to be very sporty in order to participate.

If required, we can adapt the activity to facilitate the participation of people with reduced mobility. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible.  Contact us if you have any questions or requests on this subject.

For example, at the North Sea, we have a wheelchair available which allows a participant to move around on the sand.  On request, we can also provide someone to help anyone with reduced mobility to participate in the team building activity to the fullest.

Indeed we do! With our City Play team building activity, you will go on a digital rally, with geolocated touch tablets. The surroundings will become your playground and the activities are linked to the city, its history and its points of interest.

You can also discover the Christmas variant, Xmas Play. This is THE formula for your end-of-year outings, played during a Christmas market event. Or there is another option, our team building activity JCVD Play: an offbeat investigation following in the footsteps of our national bodybuilder hero Jean-Claude, the Muscles from Brussels.

These team building activities are organised in Belgium and Luxembourg, in many cities: Antwerp, Bruges, Charleroi, Durbuy, Ghent, Liège, Louvain, Luxembourg, Mons and Namur.

Yes, zeker! Our team building activities can be conducted in English and in Dutch. Please inform us of your language request when making your booking.  This way, we can book the right staff for your needs.

For an activity to be successful, it is obviously necessary that each group can communicate using a common language. However, our staff will always be available to listen to participants and give them additional explanations, if necessary.

This depends on the team building activity chosen.  For example, sportswear would be required for the Ride Discoverybike activity and good walking shoes for the Pathfinder team orienteering race…

One week before D-day, a member of staff will contact you to discuss the final details and the equipment you will need to bring, depending on the weather conditions.

If necessary, you have the possibility of changing on site, in our facilities.

What? Are you saying that it sometimes rains in Belgium?!? ☺

Up until one week before your event, we are prepared to change the type of team building activity, depending on what is possible: material available, indoor possibilities on site.

Fortunately, showers never last very long in Belgium…

We promise you that your team building activity will be much more fun and unforgettable if you are outside and well protected by rain gear, than if you are crammed inside, all on top of each other. A few drops of water will definitely not give you cold feet!

The description of each activity gives you an idea of the price per person.  Please note that our prices use a sliding scale of charges depending on the number of participants.

At your request, we can also quote prices for a catering service, as well as for the provision of a venue for your team building activity.

The rental cost is not included in the price of the team building activity; that depends on the place where you will be holding the activity.

Your team building day with colleagues can take place at one of our facilities or at one of our exclusive partners, but some activities can also be organised at your place, at your offices, or at the venue where your seminar is being held.

As far as catering is concerned, the Tero Group owns the Tero restaurants. We are used to offering healthy delicious menus and formulas to satisfy the appetite of your teams.

Let’s discuss your wishes in order to make this team day an unforgettable experience.

Specific catering requests (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) must be submitted at least one week in advance.

Our Tero restaurants are renowned for their delicious menus. They work with local seasonal produce, mostly coming directly from organic farms. There’s no doubt that they will make every member of your team salivate, regardless of their specific diet.

Tero Teambuilding (formerly People First) has an insurance policy that covers all accidents caused by Tero Teambuilding equipment or staff.

Any accident caused due to a fault of one of the participants is not covered by our insurance.

Do not hesitate to check your work insurance policy on this matter or to take out additional insurance (without obligation).

After an initial contact by telephone or email, we will send you a complete proposal (description, terms, rates…) for one or several activities in line with your request.

As a second step, we will contact you again to select the activity, date and venue chosen.

When all these elements have been decided, we will then prepare a quote. This will confirm our intervention.

Once the quote has been signed and a 50% deposit has been transferred, we will prepare the team building activity and get back in touch with you shortly before the event to confirm the final details of the organisation.

What a great idea! You can book a team building activity in the morning and another in the afternoon or even in the evening.

We advise you to alternate the type of activity, so that you do not have two adrenaline-filled moments in the same day. What’s the right combination? We suggest a mix between a touring activity and a local activity: for example, the Roadmap Trophy at the North Sea and an activity at the beach, such as the Beach Olympics or Freestyle at the Beach.

Closer to Brussels and in the Ardennes, you can combine the Pathfinder activity and a more physical activity, such as the Team Booster or the Adventure Trail.

Good news: take advantage of a lower price per person when you book several activities. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Yes indeed! We have a number of gites located in beautiful areas. These are Domaine d’Herbeumont (in Herbeumont), The Lodge (Florenville), The Kottage (Spa-Francorchamp), La Kolline (Spa-Francorchamp) and Hamster (Spa-Francorchamp).

By combining the accommodation at Spa-Francorchamps, we can accommodate 130 people.  Shuttles can also be arranged to bring everyone together at the same meeting point.

We also have privileged contacts with hotels in the regions where we regularly organise team building activities. For example, this is the case at the North Sea, where we have already organised a formula with accommodation for a group of 250 people.

The booking is confirmed by transfer of a 50% deposit.

An invoice for the balance will be sent to you after the team building activity has taken place. It will be based on the number of people you indicated one week prior to the event.

Unfortunately, we do not have a credit card facility. Your team building activity with colleagues can only be paid for via a bank transfer.

We do not have any specific deadlines. However, the sooner you confirm your choice of team building activity, the greater the chances are that the material needed to organise the activity will still be available for you.

P.S. We are not afraid of organising team building activities at the last minute, depending on our availability. Catering must be booked at least one week in advance.

You must inform us of the final number of participants at least one week in advance.

If the number of participants is less than the number stated initially in the quote, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.

And what if some participants are added at the last minute? They will be added to the final invoice, which will be adjusted according to the final number of participants in the team building activity.

We care about your health and of course, we respect the measures taken by the government.

Any cancellation conditions are directly in line with government measures. In such a situation, an event can be postponed free of charge, provided that no costs have yet been incurred. The deposit paid will then be used as a voucher for a future event.
